Returns:

We want you to shop with confidence. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • Items must be in their original condition
  • Original tags must still be attached

Non-Returnable Items:

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page
  • Any item showing signs of wear, washing, or damage caused after delivery

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email notification regarding approval or rejection
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to process after approval

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item:

  • Please return the original item for a refund
  • Place a new order for the desired item

Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service
  • Cooper Clothing Collective, LLC is not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Email cassidy@cooperclothingcollective.com
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

We’ll take care of it promptly.
